MARTIN COUNTY, KY — Martin County Schools is proud to recognize Rebecca Troutman as a recipient of the 2026 Yale Educator Award, an honor that recognizes outstanding educators who have made a meaningful difference in the lives of their students.
Troutman was selected for the award in recognition of the impact she has had in the classroom and the positive influence she continues to have on her students and school community.
