MCMS hosted their annual Veterans Day breakfast and program on Friday, November 10th. MCMS students and staff had an amazing day honoring those who have served our great country. First, the Veterans enjoyed a delicious breakfast prepared by the MCMS cafeteria and served by the Beta Club. During breakfast, eighth grade student, Skyla Messer, read a beautiful poem in memory of her grandfather. To honor these wonderful men and woman the MCMS choir, Savannah Young, and Emily Dye performed three beautiful songs and our MCMS dancers performed a touching lyrical dance to "Hallelujah". Martin County Middle School is very thankful to everyone who helped make this Veterans Day program a wonderful tribute to those who have served and sacrificed.
